Who is Home Sweet Rewards?
Home Sweet Rewards is brought to you by HomeServices Relocation, LLC, a division of HomeServices of America and part of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies.  Our expert broker network is comprised of over 90,000 Berkshire Hathaway owned and affiliated real estate professionals across the U.S. who work on behalf of Home Sweet Rewards clients to buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate.  

How do I calculate my rebate?
Visit the Cash Rebates page of the Home Sweet Rewards website to see the rebate schedule. 

Can I get a cash rebate if I already bought or sold a house?
The cash rebate offer is valid only when you use a real estate agent referred by a Home Sweet Rewards representative to close on the purchase or sale of a home.

I have my own realtor.  Can I still use the program?
Your real estate agent must be part of the Home Sweet Rewards network of realtors.  We have agreements in place with our agents that allow us to share a percentage of the broker’s commission to consumers who use the Home Sweet Rewards program.  If your agent has not been referred to you by a Home Sweet Rewards representative, then unfortunately you do not qualify for the rebate program.

Can I get the real estate rebate if I chose to work with a different mortgage lender?
Yes, as long as you work with the real estate agent we refer you to for a home purchase.

Who are the brokers/agents that will be assigned to me?
Home Sweet Rewards is brought to you by HomeServices Relocation, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Services of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, and the largest real estate company in the U.S.  Your assigned agent is part of our national network of realty companies specializing in residential real estate.

Can I use the program multiple times?
Yes, the Home Sweet Rewards cash rebate offer can be used multiple times for buying a home, selling a home, or investing in residential property.

Is Home Sweet Rewards open for anyone to use?
Yes, tell your colleagues, friends and family.  There are no restrictions on who can use the program.

Do I have to buy or sell a home in order to use the other discounts and coupons?
You can take advantage of the discounted services, promotional offers and coupons regardless of whether you are buying or selling a home.

I bought a home last year.  Can I still get refinancing?
Yes, you can take advantage of the $750 closing credit when you work with Prosperity Home Mortgage to refinance your current home.

I’m working on my credit score.  Can I start my home search in the future?
Yes, you can work with the Home Sweet Rewards program any time. 

Can I get a quote on moving services?
Yes, we’ll submit your moving criteria to one of Home Sweet Rewards reputable network of national, discounted moving providers who will create an estimate customized for your needs.
